About the Cost Formula Work Group

Charge: Develop and implement "Libraries for Real Life...", a project to collect and share personal stories from library users that describe how the libraries changes lives.

Goal: Finalize implementation of the project and get widespread buy-in from libraries, and recognition among the public.
