Help with Login Problems

• Verify that you can access databases through the SCLS Online Resources page. You can have access if:
  
  
  • You have a valid library card from any SCLS member public library.
    
    
• Check to make sure that your personal firewall or security software is not interfering. See Configuring your firewall for more information.
  
  
• Check your browser to make sure you meet the minimum browser requirements for EBSCOHost:
  Internet Explorer 5.5+, Netscape 7.0+, Firefox 1.0, Safari 1.x
  
  
• Because EBSCOHost is provided as part of the BadgerLink project, you may be able to access it through their page: http://www.badgerlink.net
  
  
• If you still cannot access EBSCOHost, contact your local public library for assistance.
